Aslan are an Irish rock band from Dublin who formed in 1982. Composed of Christy Dignam, Joe Jewell, Billy McGuinness, Alan Downey and Rodney O'Brien, the band has released six studio albums: Feel No Shame (1988), Goodbye Charlie Moonhead (1994), Here Comes Lucy Jones (1997), Waiting For This Madness To End (2001), For Some Strange Reason (2007) and Nudie Books and Frenchies (2012). “THIS IS” was Aslan’s 1st Hit single, and in over 3 decades together they have released songs such as CRAZY WORLD, TOO LATE FOR HALLELUJAH, songs which have become Irish Classics. Just how popular Aslan are was revealed when they played the NIGHT FOR CHRISTY.  Artists such as Horslips, Paul Brady, The Coronas, Brezzie , Riptide Movement, Gerry Fish, Ryan Sheriden, Gavin Friday  and even U2 who recorded a great version of Aslan’s THIS IS, joined the band on stage and performed Aslan songs. 2018 is an exciting year for Aslan as 30 years ago they released their Debut Album Feel No Shame way back in 1988. With sold out shows in the Cork Opera House, The Olympia theatre and The Iveagh Gardens. Aslan are pleased to announce they will be playing at The INEC in Killarney on Bank Holiday Saturday 27th October 2018 as part of The FEEL NO SHAME tour which will see the band performing songs from their iconic debut album.
