AND WATERVILLE GAA CLUB CELEBRATION

Mick O’Dwyer and Waterville GAA club – A celebration will take place from October

26th to raise funds for a new pitch development at the club and for

a number of local charities. Attending the launch at NoLIta’s, South Great George’s Street in Dublin on Sunday,

September 23rd was Kerry legend Mick O’Dwyer, members of the Waterville GAA

club and a host of former Kingdom greats including Eoin Liston, Seanie Walsh and

Jimmy Deenihan.  The celebrations will include a gala dinner and show at the INEC, Killarney on the

Friday night celebrating the club followed by a 2-day golf classic at Waterville Golf

Links and Hogs Head Golf course.

“It promises to be a fantastic weekend as we celebrate the GAA club in Waterville

and it’s greatest member, the legendary Mick O’Dwyer”, Niall Moran, Chairman,

Fundraising Development Committee.

“I’ve enjoyed every minute of my life in football and really looking forward to this

celebration at the end of October”, Mick O’Dwyer, All Ireland winning footballer and

manager, Kerry. Darragh Maloney will host Friday’s event at the INEC while Matt Cooper will be

Master of Ceremonies on the Sunday at the Sea Lodge Hotel.
