Cancellation Policy

Hotel67: Our Cancellation policy allows you to cancel your booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival without a penalty. Should you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival or fail to arrive, you will be required to pay the cost of your first nights rate. All Advance Purchase packages are non-refundable.

Aquila Club Leisure Centre

Aquila Club & Gym:Open Monday – Thursday from 7.00am – 9.00pm. Family hours finish at 8.00pm and Friday – Sunday from 8.00am – 8.00pm Pre booking is essential.
Swim hats are compulsory in the pool, you can buy them in the Aquila Club Reception.
Please be advised that changing rooms / locker facilities are available at present until further notice. Pre – swim showers are available.
Outdoor Activities – open daily from 10.00am – 8.00pm. Weather permitting. Racket/Club hire is €5per session

Dining Opening Hours

Breakfast As part of your Hotel67 package, you already have an in room Breakfast Basket supplied which includes, locally sourced yoghurts, pastries and juices – perfect for people on the go. If you prefer to opt for a Full Irish Breakfast, this is served from 8am – 11.00am, Must be pre booked to avoid queuing. Breakfast is €12.50pp (Additional Breakfast Room Service available. Please fill out Menu Card and hang it outside your bedroom door before 4.00am. A charge of €5 per person applies for service charge)
Backstage Bar: open daily from 11.00am. Serving tea, coffee and pastries. Bar Food / Sandwich Menu served daily from 1.00pm – 5.00pm. No bookings – first come basis
OD’s / Backstage Restaurant: Full A la carte Menu open from 5.00pm - 9.00pm Guest with a booking will be given priority please advise them to pre book Table reservations will be held for max of 10 mins. Tables of 6pax Maximum Beverage Table Service Only – (Guests are not permitted to go to the bar)
Fiadh : Full a la carte Menu with all you can eat kids’ buffet from 6.00pm - 9.00pm daily
Green Room Bar: Casual dining menu available 4pm – 9pm daily – no bookings required
Take Away Packed Lunches: available to pre order 2 hours in advance for €12.50 each

Housekeeping

Hote67: To provide a safe environment for both staff and guests Bedroom service will consist of a daily change of towels and bins being emptied. Any additional items required will be on a Request Only Basis Bookings over 4 Nights will receive a Full service once during their stay. Any additional items required will be on a Request Only Basis Hotel Check Out Time is 11.30am – (A late Check Out fee can be added at discretion of Management)

Hotel67: How to get to Hotel67 @ The Gleneagle. Hotel67 @ The Gleneagle Hotel is located on Muckross Road(N71). The Hotel is on the left hand side approx. 1km from Killarney town centre. Collection from Killarney train station is available. From Cork: Take the N22 to Killarney, on reaching Killarney, at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on the N22, turn left onto Ballycasheen Road and continue onto Woodlawn Road. Turn left onto Muckross Road/Ring of Kerry/N71. The hotel is on the left hand side approx 1km from Killarney town centre (Approx. 1hr 20min). From Kerry Airport: Take the N22 towards Killarney and follow signs for N71 as above (Approx. 20min).
